"I have been with State Farm for 20ish years, As soon as I had my license at 16 years old and my parents have been with them a little over 30 years.. They have unbeatable rates to begin with and then if you add another car or renters for example they give you a very generous discount for having multiple policies. More importantly, THEY CARE!! They understand that life happens and they are always so willing to work with you. I know this first hand, Bill Coles is amazing an always so patient with me. I’ve had my bank account hacked more then once and didn’t have the correct new card on file gor my auto pay for a few months. Bill always just shot me a kind text letting me know my payment didn’t go through and I got right on a paid it. He didn’t send me a rude threatening message that they’re going to cancel my policy if I don’t pay my bill…. like most companies do. This is why I would give them 6 Stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Bill, John, Jordan, et. al. are so knowledgable, helpful, easy to get a hold of and very patient. I was in a recent fender bender that was not my fault and was so upset I didn't even want to deal with the other people's insurance. Bill is a consummate 'people person', so friendly and easy going, he patiently helped me get it all started, explained how it would work (it's been decades since I've been in an accident) and even recommended an awesome place that would likely be able to fix my 22-year-old car (Mitsu Lancer) without going over the "write- off" amount (I love my car!)
